Susan was a beautiful, bubbly girl who enjoyed life to the full. She leaves 3 beautiful children, a loving family and many friends. Sue had been poorly for most of her life with diabetes. This escalated into kidney failure when Sue was in her late 20's. Sue passed away due to multiple organ failure whilst waiting for a kidney and pancreas transplant. She is loved and missed by all who knew her. Love you Sue xxxxxxxxxxxx
Forever beautiful, forever a fantastic friend and mother. Not a day goes by where you are forgotten but your missed more and more every day. If angels exist then you will be the most beautiful one there is. I hope we meet again one day, love you always honey x X X X
